CollabRecover provides focused B2B accounts receivable recovery services within approved service areas and engagement parameters.

Service availability may vary based on the client’s location, customer locations, account characteristics, applicable requirements, and the scope of the proposed engagement.

The AR Recovery Assessment may use location information to help identify whether an inquiry can proceed directly to Discovery, requires manual review, or is not currently available.

Assessment results regarding service availability are preliminary and may require verification.

Submitting an Assessment, requesting a Discovery Call, receiving an Assessment result, or communicating with CollabRecover does not create a service relationship or guarantee that CollabRecover can accept a particular engagement.

CollabRecover may review jurisdictional and operational requirements before accepting accounts or commencing services.

Specific service scope, responsibilities, authority, and operating requirements are established through the applicable service agreement.
